    I was preparing to sell my house and had a unique set of challenges and tasks to be performed. My deck needed to be replaced and I needed a kitchen and bathroom makeover. OCD Builders showed up and made it happen and went above and beyond my expectations to transform my house. They were very helpful in creating a logistical set up for my bathroom and kitchen and transformed the functionality to make sense of the mess that I had. I was wowed by the craftsmanship. I am going to be building a house and I know who I will be calling. If you want it done right the first time I highly recommend OCD Builders.     OCD Builders recently completed a bathroom remodel for us. My elderly mother moved in and we needed to make the main floor bathroom more handicap accessible. Our new bathroom is even better than I could have imagined! Jon had some ideas for a new layout and I’m so glad I listened to him because it turned out amazing and I lack design vision at times. Jon and Blake were professional, courteous, and proficient! They even kept the toilet accessible throughout the remodel for my mom since she couldn’t climb stairs to the other bathroom. Communication was great and it was completed within the expected timeframe. Cost was also very reasonable. I can’t thank them enough for the beautiful bathroom they gave us and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing a contractor! See more See less

    The guys from OCD Builders did an amazing job on our new front porch. It's so much nicer and safer than what we had previously! This is the third project OCD Builders has done for us.     We couldn’t be happier with our kitchen renovation and flooring project! From start to finish, Jon and Blake were absolutely excellent. They came up with creative solutions that not only looked beautiful but also saved us money in the long run. They made thoughtful recommendations, connected us with a trusted designer to help transition our space from a galley kitchen to an open concept, and worked seamlessly within our budget. Communication was top-notch—They were always on time, kept us updated throughout scheduling, and even handled supply issues directly to keep the project moving forward. Jon and Blake were a true pleasure to have in our home. I worked from home for most of the renovation, and they were incredibly respectful of my work schedule, making sure not to disrupt calls. The craftsmanship is outstanding—our kitchen has completely transformed the flow of our home, and the flooring on our entire top level was installed quickly and seamlessly. We loved how they frequently consulted us on design choices like tile layouts, making sure every detail reflected our preferences. On top of that, their workspace was always neat, and they cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day, which we really appreciated. Combine Jon and Blake’s skill, professionalism, and genuine kindness, it made what could have been a stressful project feel exciting and enjoyable.
